Build took over this property in early 2020, drained the pool and cleared out all of the remaining dirt inside. We worked with architect PRA to reimagine the swimming pool to be a creative office space with its own private garden in the city center. At the same time, we have added a viewing pond and kept some original elements of the pool, such as the lifeguard seat, pool handrails, and the pool tiles & lockers–which has become a part of our sunken rest space within the property—to preserve its former identity of a public pool. The office conversion will fit one company, ideally to take advantage of the 500 sqm garden space as well as the understated 240 sqm two-floor office with a glass-top rooftop on the first floor for natural skylight.
