101 Anxi is Build’s first project in Chang Ning district. It is the over 100 years old building at the intersection of Anxi Road and Yuyuan Road. Build has renovated the previous old building of 1,000 square meters into a stylish retail/office complex with the special material of steel and aluminum. After the renovation, it allows more natural light to enter and the complex is shined with bright daylight.

101 Anxi will house a well-known bakery brand on the first floor and its headquarters on the second floor through a newly installed steel staircase. The first floor will also be a jeweler.
